Nutrition: Our Balanced Snacks

We provide every child in our care with a healthy balanced diet full of nutrients, giving them energy and helping them to maintain concentration throughout the day.

We offer a variety of snacks, producing a nutritionally balanced diet. Packed full of different colors and textures, we make sure our food is interesting. Why? It’s simple – we believe that children need to eat well to learn well. They should be intrigued and enticed by the food they eat which is why we work to serve snacks that not only smell good but that look, feel and taste great too!



BREAKFAST Oatmeal with diced apples

Whole grain oats are rich in immune-boosting minerals. Plus, they make for a hearty breakfast with crunchy diced apples.

A.M. SNACK Yogurt with fruit and milk

Everyone knows oranges are rich in vitamin c, minerals and fiber, but did you know that oranges are also full of anti-oxidants?

LUNCHChicken soft tacos, seasoned black beans, pineapples and milk

Packed with protein, B-vitamins and soluble fiber, black beans are as nutritious as they are tasty with tacos.

P.M. SNACKFresh vegetables with hummus

Baby carrots offer a big dose of antioxidants like beta-carotene that help support eyesight and strengthen the immune system.
